COPENHAGEN RUNNING ART MAN

The Copenhagen Art Run is an interactive Art, Action and Spiritual Experience in the lovely surroundings of Ishøj Beach, right next to ARKEN Moderne Museum of Art. It's not about who runs fastests or gets into goal first, but rather a way to co-create, interact and enjoy Nature, Art and Each Other. It takes place on September 12th, 2012 and is produced by VIBE. The above image with the Pink Triangle is the START of the Art Run and is placed just below the Art Museum ARKEN - that by the way is designed by Søren Robert Lund, who at the time when he won the design competition was a student.

Like Noah, he created an Ark. An Ark for Art. The above image of the brilliant design, is taken by Ronald Tilleman if you have not noticed.

Seen in the BLUE line above is the route for the runners. Based on this line, a CO2 tag will be created with the help of the CO2 Green Drive Smartphone APP. An APP that was created by our VERY jatlagged programmer Henrik The Gilvader, right upon touchdown from Burning Man and CO2 tag number 24.

The above flyer is what will be at START for the runners so they can take their Smartphones, scan the QR Code and thereby download and activate the GPS Tagging APP. Once they go on the run, the CO2 tag is produced when they move into the area that is programmed to pick up their signal. You can see the 25th CO2 Tag HERE, while it is being made and forever after. The above was the first Sketch for the CO2 tag for Copenhagen Art Run, but was too big.

Maybe it can be done like this next year? There is also many other Art Projects around on the Run. One such project is by Jakob Bue and Kasper Lynge Jensen with their project "Color Compostions with Dynamite and Weather" and one is said to expect: Dynamit, Paint, Pyramids and Runners. Mr. Lynge Jensen is also the man behind Sejerø Festival and part of The Triangle Project.

DANSK KARMA SÆTTER VERDENSREKORD

Den 2. september 2012, blev verdensrekord for flest elbiler til opladning samtidigt, på samme plads lavet med Karma bilen i Holland.

KULTURNATTEN 2012

Introduktion
Med Københavns største tilbagevendende årlige begivenhed som platform og et af byens mest kendte vartegn i centrum opføres det internationale kunst-, klima- og teknologiprojekt CO2 Green Drive og en række associerede aktiviteter i København under Kulturnatten den 12. oktober 2012.

Aktiviteter1. I Rundetårn vil en el- eller hybridbil blive udstillet i toppen af Rundetårn så man dagen igennem kan opleve den på nært hold 

2. Rundetårn vil blive ”pakket ind” i LED-lys, der vil sørge for spektakulær og interaktiv oplysning af Rundetårn 

3. Den udstillede bil vil køre ned gennem Rundetårn den 12. oktober 2012 kl 17.45 og samtidig åbne Rundetårn for Kulturnattens gæster kl 18. 

4. Nedkørslen vil kunne følges live på internettet og på storskærm på Købmagergade 

5. Efter nedkørsel vil bilen gennemføre en CO2 formet køretur gennem København, der kan følges live på internettet og storskærm på Købmagergade ved hjælp af en særlig CO2 Green Drive Smartphone APP 

Det vil være muligt for publikum at deltage i CO2 turen gennem byen.
Bag aktiviteterne står CO2 Green Drive, Rundetårn og Det Danske Kulturinstitut. 
Det Danske Kulturinstitut har støttet CO2 Green Drive projektet med sekretariat siden 2008. 

I New York blev der "malet" et E som del af Earth Day New Yorks Klima Budskab "Be the E" inspireret af Ghandi's "Be the Change you want to see in the World"

Om CO2 Green Drive 
CO2 Green Drive er et kunstprojekt konceptualiseret af kunstneren Jacob Fuglsang Mikkelsen.
Siden 2008 har projektet  haft sekretariat hos Det Danske Kulturinstitut i København, hvorfra projektledelsen bag har orkestreret en lang række begivenheder jorden rundt designet til at promovere grøn vækst og bæredygtige løsninger. Rækken af aktiviteter har navnlig inkluderet 23 CO2 ”malerier” gennemført i 19 byer på fem kontinenter, herunder bl.a. New York, Dakar, Delhi og København. Senest blev CO2 Green Drive opført i 12 byer på 5 kontinenter fra 20. til 22. april i forbindelse med Earth Day 2012.

The Electric Fiat Fiorno from CPH Municipality being directed out onto Amagerbrogade for the last part of the "O" by Jacob Hartmann from Grønne Erhverv on his E Scooter.

The tagging performance taking a last turn from Amagerbrogade down Englandsvej with people in the streets smiling and interacting with Mr. Green and crew.

Of course Miss Green was also part of the performance, waving to people while sitting in the back of the Svenningsen's Grandma' Duck EV.

On the way back to Islands Brygge and the Cat Walk performance, the rain started to come down pretty hard, but that did not hold back the Mr. Green Crew from telling the people of Amager that "Come and experience the CO2 E - Race CatWalk peformance and Bikini Car Wash on Islands Brygge! Free Food, Free Drinks and Live Music!"

FREMTIDEN ER IKKE HVAD DEN PLEJEDE AT VÆRE I KØBENHAVN

Den 13 August vil man på Islands Brygge kunne være en del af den elvte omgang af
CO2 E - Race. Selve CO2 tagging turen hvor bilerne kører ruten forneden starter kl. 12.

Denne gang går ruten ad Amagerbrogade, Øresundsvej og Amager Fælledvej, før det hele slutter med en catwalk-opvisning og udstilling af køretøjerne på Islands Brygge, hvor der også vil være stor fest med LIVE musik og performance i elbilernes tegn ved 14ish.

Den røde pil i billedet for oven, viser "Cat Walk" ruten og det orange område ved muren er hvor bilerne bliver udstillet under dagen.

De forskellige involverede parter i dagen er bland andet ChoosEV, der også var med i Roskilde 2010 med deres elbiler. En af disse biler kan ses i billedet for oven hvor der står "It's Electric" på.



En performance for drengerøven er "Bikini Car Wash" der er inspireret fra "Angry Green Girls" fra Californien.

Mr. Green og hans grønne crew (billedet for oven fra New York versionen den 22 april 2011) vil også være på plads og holde i underholdningen, sammen med Kultur Klanen og en række unge danske musikere der optræder live under dagen og ind i aftenen.
Der vil være gratis klima venlig mad lavet af Hotel og Restaurant Skolen og kolde drikkevarer til et meget rimligt pris.

Begivenhederne starter kl. 14 på Islands Brygge og kører frem til 22 tiden med musik og råhygge.
